Heading: If you’re thinking of attending the 2008 Symposium Dear AASWG Member, Attending the 2008 AASWG Symposium in Germany will be an emotionally powerful experience for me, as a daughter of Jewish survivors of the Holocaust. I am preparing for this journey in many ways – mostly through reading, personal reflection, and dialogue with Jewish and German friends and colleagues. Although I feel increasingly ready to go to Germany with an open heart, I would very much like to connect with others in AASWG who want to prepare for what they anticipate to be an emotionally challenging experience.
