List Programming Activities since the beginning of the Organizing Unit. Attach copies of program announcements, letters to members, etc. The purpose of this is to demonstrate a sustained and effective attempt to reach out to social group workers in your geographic area.

Give a financial accounting of the funds that have been raised or spent to provide programming.
